All You Need to Know About Migrating To Denmark

Denmark is one of the most beautiful and prosperous countries in Europe, and it is a Nordic country and Scandinavian as well. The country has one of the highest incomes in the world. It is also a part of the Schengen region – as such, citizenship here allows for an easy moment across the various countries of the Schengen area, including some of the high-priority countries like Germany and France. As such, services for Denmark immigration from UAE (United Arab Emirates) are in very high demand. Here we shall briefly discover all you need to know about migrating to Denmark.

The government of Denmark issues the following kinds of visas:

● Tourist visa – The most common form of visa issued by the government of Denmark is a tourist visa – as its name suggests, it is issued for tourism purposes, and the maximum stay permitted on these visas is less than 90 days. Some key documents required include bank statements going back six months and copies of your passports. Apart from that, you may be required to have an invitation letter with the address and phone number of a family member or sponsor; if the same is applicable in your case.

● Student visa – This kind of visa is available for students who may want to study in a Danish educational institution. It can also be granted for training and internships lasting no more than six months. If you wish to get this visa, you must get an enrolment certificate or an offer letter that shows a Danish institution’s willingness to enrol you into their educational program. You will also need to show proof of your financial sustenance, proof of sponsorship or scholarship, and proof of completed certification.

● Business visa – A business visa is a visa granted to employees or entrepreneurs for short terms tasks or work in Denmark. The visa can only be issued if one has an invitation from a Danish company. One will also need a bank statement from the last six months, ownership documents, etc.

● Medical Visa – If one is looking to get medical treatment in Denmark, the visa requirements will include a medical report from a local doctor, a statement by the doctor or hospital in Denmark confirming the date of appointment, and payment received for the particular medical treatment in question.

● A special Visa may also be issued for cultural activities, sports, or film crew. These visas are issued based on an invitation letter from concerned authorities.

● Airport transit visa – An airport transit visa issued for a scheduled layover of a few hours in any Danish city.

● A special official visit visa can be issued for those invited to attend intergovernmental meetings, negotiations, consultations, or events. You will need to apply for th special official visit visa.

Some general documents like a passport, a couple of passport-sized photographs, and travel insurance proof with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000 may also be required for any Denmark visit visa from Dubai. Most of the requirements mentioned here are generic to all the Schengen areas, and Nova Immigration can empower your application for all these visas.
